Churchill Nominee Announced

The University Fellowships Office is pleased to announce that Aaron Bernstein was selected as this year's nominee for the Churchill Scholarship. Aaron is a senior at Penn State majoring in Pre-Medicine and who has spent multiple summers serving as a Mayo Clinic Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow.

The Churchill Scholarship provides funding to American students for a year of Master’s study in science, mathematics, and engineering at the University of Cambridge, based at Churchill College. The Scholarship was set up at the request of Sir Winston Churchill in order to fulfill his vision of US-UK scientific exchange with the goal of advancing science and technology on both sides of the Atlantic, helping to ensure our future prosperity and security.

The University Fellowships Office, part of Undergraduate Education, helps interested undergraduate and graduate students pursue major national and international opportunities by providing information and direct support throughout the competitive application processes.
